Pints with a Purpose

Come and hang out with other youth from across the Diocese as we listen to engaging speakers talk on a whole range of topics.  "Pints" is currently held once a quarter at The Sydney Junction Hotel (SJ’s) on Beaumont Street, Hamilton.

Arrive at 6:30pm and get some pub grub prior to the talk which kicks off at 7:00pm in the Hudson Room.

The following topics will be discussed in 2023:

  • Monday 3 July 2023: "Modern Day Pilgrims" with Ryan Gato
  • Monday 4 September 2023: Common Grace and the Indigenous Voice to Parliament Referendum from a social justice perspective, with Gershon Nimbalker
  • Monday 6 November 2023: "Journey to Faith" a women's story with Morgan Owens

Pints encourages all adults, particularly those 18-35 years, to come along and listen to guest speakers, meet new people and openly discuss issues and ideas in an informal atmosphere.
