GALLERY: Week 10 progress (19 October 2015)

You are here:
  • The eastern gable end is now in readiness for the cedar cladding to be installed.
  • The steel work for the strengthening of the Bell Tower has now been installed with the steel rods now chemically anchored into the sandstone walls.
  • The Bell Tower scaffolding has now been completed and certified (minor delays due to wet weather).
  • The removal of the pinnacles from the tower and nave have been delayed (due to delays with the certification of the scaffolding) and rescheduled for next week.
  • New sandstone continues to be worked off site and will start to be brought to site now that the scaffold and roof trusses have been installed.
