GALLERY: Week 47 progress (4 July 2016)

You are here:
  • The final course or the coping stone around the parapet has been prepared and craned into position. Now that the stones are in position, the re-pointing between the courses can be completed.
  • The four gothic pinnacles around the parapet, have been tooled off site and will be craned into position in the coming weeks. This is all that is remaining around the Bell Tower parapet.
  • The large gothic window has now been repositioned within the existing opening and is awaiting the stain glass to be installed once again. A final application of paint will then take place.
  • The renderer has now applied the second of three applications of render to the Southern nave wall.
