St Pius X High School to open 570 seat theatre, hairdressing salon and other building projects

A 570 seat theatre, believed to be the largest of any school in the Hunter, will be officially opened and blessed at 9am on Thursday 28 November at St Pius X High School, Adamstown.

 

Also to be officially opened and blessed will a hairdressing salon, hospitality kitchen, classroom and factory wing and refurbishment of an administration building.


Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Education, Scott Ryan, will be attending and will be joined by Federal Newcastle MP Sharon Claydon, Charlestown Liberal MP Andrew Cornwell, Principal Bob Emery, representatives from the Catholic Schools Office and Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle and hundreds of school students.
