Companioning Young People (two day course)
A two-day training course to run the Seasons for Growth program with young people in a school or community setting.

Companioning Adults (two day course)

RECONNECTORS

These sessions are available to qualified Companions only.

It is important that Companions attend a Reconnector every two years - this is a necessary part of your Accreditation.

GRIEF AND LOSS PRESENTATIONS (Professional Development)

3 hour presentation on change, loss and grief
Participants have the opportunity to increase their understanding of change, loss and grief and learn strategies to assist others through their grief journey. Participants explore the nature of loss, possible grief reactions, causes that impact on grief and ways to attend to grief.

SEASONS FOR GROWTH PROGRAM FOR ADULTS ( For any adult experiencing significant change, loss and grief).

The 2 day program "Exploring the Seasons of Grief"
The aim of this Component is to provide an in-depth understanding of loss and grief based on Worden's four tasks of grieving. These sessions focus on understanding and managing the particular losses experienced by participants. This Component provides a sound framework and safe learning environment for adults to think about, and work with, their own loss experiences. The sessions draw on the imagery of the seasons as an effective way to think about the experience of grief.
