Marist Brothers (FMS)

The Marist Brothers wree founded by a French priest, Marcellin Champagnat to educate young people, especially those most in need. The Brothers arrived in Newcastle in 1898 and from that time have had a continuous association with the Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle.
