Meditation and Spirituality Centre
Living Waters Meditation and Spirituality Centre
is available for all those who are seeking spirituality, healing,
meditation, prayerful support or Spiritual Direction.  We
are a community of people who pray by reaching into our deepest centre of being.
You are welcome to share our way of life.
Introductory Course in Meditation
This involves periods of relaxation and silence, and the use of a mantra.
Five-week courses are held on:
Mondays 6:30 -7:30 pm
A donation of $20 covers the whole course.
The next course begins on Monday 12 April 2010 at 6:30 pm.
Join a Meditation Group and come whenever you can. Mondays at 7:30 pm, Wednesdays at 7:45 am and Fridays at 11:00 am throughout the year.
Spiritual Sharing Group - Benedictine Spirituality and Earth Care. Learn from Benedict the sense of balance in life.
Every second Monday throughout the year from 9:30 - 11:30 am. New members are welcome.
Lecto Divinia Group - Every Friday at 12 noon, following morning meditation. We use the scripture texts for the next weekend. Come and learn to love the scriptures more.
Retreat Days - Days of silence and teaching in 2010 will be held on:
Saturday 13 March
- for all group leaders in the Toohey Room, Diocesan Centre, Hamilton.
Saturday 27 March - for all - Kerever Park Retreat Centre, near Bowral.
Saturday 22 May - Chanting the Psalms in the Toohey Room, Diocesan Centre, Hamilton 9:30am - 3:00pm Cost $10.
Saturday 24 July - Seeking Deeper Silence in the Catholic Centre, 25 Farquhar Street, The Junction 9:30am - 3:00pm Cost $10 or donation.
Retreat Weekend - A silent retreat on the theme 'Silence, Stillness and Simplicity'.
St Jospeh's Convent, Lochinvar from 4:00pm on Friday 8 October to lunchtime on Sunday 10 October 2010. Single rooms with shared facilities, linen provided. Only 14 places available. Cost $160.
